It’s official. The next single from Dre‘s Detox is called “Die Hard” and it features Eminem. It will premiere on May 6th. We will of course have it here for you so make sure to check back in a few days.

Finally, Dr. Dre revealed that his highly anticipated album Detox drops this year. The single that features him and Jay-Z, “Under Pressure“, is coming within the next two weeks. Yeppie, grab the popcorn!

Ludacris recently revealed his admiration for Eminem and detailed his ghostwriting for Dr. Dre‘s long-awaited album, Detox.

The Grammy-winning rapper says he would love to officially lay down a collaboration with Dre and Eminem in the near future.

“I always wanted to work with Dr. Dre and I got a chance to work with him and then Eminem, I’ve talked to Eminem so hopefully we can make that happen,” Luda said about collaborating with both artists. “I was definitely doing a little ghostwriting but you know, we’ll see what happens. He has a lot of different tracks that he has to choose from for the Detox album so it is what it is. I think he has the chemistry and exactly what everyone wants, it’s about staying innovative, being yourself and always have the good music. Good music will last throughout the ages no matter how things change and he always produces some good music.” (Young Hollywood)

50 Cent recently talked about his studio relationship with super producer Dr. Dre and what he has done for Dre’s highly delayed and upcoming Detox album. According to the G-Unit general, Dr. Dre used him for a portion of his recording process on the album back in 2007.

“I don’t even know what’s going on with the Detox. The last [time] I spoke to Dre, he was actualy not mixing my records because he was working on The Detox and then we finally got him to mix the records and you know, I think he’s back in here producing records for it but I haven’t heard pretty much I think it was five or six songs that he actually recorded but that was a long time ago. He probably has a lot more now but I’ve been recording for The Detox two years ago.”

Eminem’s Relapse promo tour does not seem to be slowing up at all! Here is an brand new interview with Skyrock in which he answers many of the questions we as fans have had over the past couple years! In the interview, he discusses, why none of the songs he dedicated to Proof (R.I.P.) are on the album, why Detox has been delayed for so long and he also admits to suffering from years of writer’s block! Shady’s back! Yesterday was the party held by Shade45 for the release of Eminem’s new book The Way I Am.  During a live interview Eminem said his new album will be called Relapse. Eminem is known for joking around and with Dr. Dre’s new album called Detox, it’s hard to know for sure if Slim Shady is fucking with us. Either Interscope is about to drop the “Three Headed Moster” as 50 Cent calls it. With 50 releasing Before I Self Destruct on December 9th, then Eminem’s Relapse in the first quarter of 2009 and Dre’s Detox soon after, Interscope will for sure dominate record sales.
