Bizarre recently set down with Rap-Up to talk about D12‘s upcoming album. According to him, the Dirty Dozen is back in the lab and record new material for their third record which is slated for a late 2010 release.

Of course Eminem will be on [the album]. He’s part of the group! We’re just really getting started on it. It should be due out before the year’s over. We’re just trying to make good music. [The album is] definitely going to be more serious than any other D12 album that’s come out.

Thisis50 recently sat down with D12‘s Bizarre.

He talks about his funny sense of humor, speaks on his new album Friday Night At St. Andrews, Will we see the comedy side of Bizarre on his new album? Will there be a new D12 album? He also speaks on how the Proof situation affected him and the group overall and much more!

Also Bizarre says what he would do in certain bizarre/wierd situations… “That’s Bizarre!”

Bizarre is getting ready to release his upcoming album, Friday Night At St Andrews. In a recent interview he talked about how he changed up his rhyming style for the project. “Honestly with this album, I am taking it back to the real roots of Hip-Hop. Even with the title of the album, Friday Nights at St. Andrews, is based on a real Hip-Hop club in Detroit that always pops off on Fridays and I really wanted to capture the true essence of Hip-Hop and really show my fans where I am as a lyricist,” Bizzy said.

When asked if D12 will be on Eminem‘s upcoming Recovery album, Bizarre said “We have recorded some tracks but as for if they will appear on Em‘s album or the D12 album we aren’t sure yet. But we are definitely keeping in contact with Em on things just to make sure he’s good.”

In a previous interview he said that D12 will be on Eminem‘s upcoming album. I guess only time will tell.

Today 4 years ago we lost a very great person, talented rapper, and member of D12. I can’t believe it’s been 4 years already. It feels like it was yesterday that we got the news about Proof being shot and killed.

It’s been almost two years since Detroit’s D12 have collectively released an album. While 2008′s Dirty Dozen was the group’s first to showcase them without the marquee attraction of Eminem or their late co-founder Proof, Bizarre explained to HipHopDX how the respective members have been using their time apart.

While on tour in Canada promoting his Friday Night At St. Andrew’s album, Bizarre called in to the Conspiracy Worldwide radio show to address all things D12.

“We’re still recording the third album, and we just finished a song on Relapse 2 for Marshall’s album,” Bizarre said via phone. Tentatively titled “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” Bizarre says the collaboration shows that despite major losses such as the death of co-founding member Proof, nothing can keep the group down.

“We’re still family, but everybody’s got their own situations going on,” he added. “No matter what y’all do, you can’t hold D12 down. We’ve been through a lot of shit, but we’re still gonna come back and recover.”

Bizarre reinforced that thought when explaining how members of D12 ended up on Canibus diss track aimed at Eminem entitled “Air Strike“.

“That was definitely a big misunderstanding,” Bizarre said. “We did a feature for an artist from Indiana, and I guess some kind of way Canibus got hold of the vocals. He made his own song out of it and made it seem like we was a part of the song. We don’t know Canibus, and we don’t want to know Canibus… fuck him. We’ve been beefing with rappers our whole careers, and we’re trying to get away from that.”

Bizarre‘s upcoming Friday Night At St. Andrew’s record is scheduled to be released May 11. It features Tech N9ne, Royce Da 5’9”, Redman and some more artists.

Yeah, Eminem in the studio with Royce Da 5’9. Hopefully something good will come from this. Bizarre also said that a new D12 album is coming soon and that we should be on the lookout for the first single.

Yep, Europe is about to have a Relapse! Eminem and his Dirty Dozen are finally set to perform a couple of shows in Europe, later this year. Also joined by a live band, the rap star will kick off in July with Scotland’s T In The Park. This marks Eminem‘s first European show in five years and his first-ever appearance at the festival. Followed up by the Openair Frauenfeld in Switzerland Marshall Mathers will take the stage in the Oxegen Festival in Ireland.

“I’m excited to get back to Europe to rock some shows,” said Eminem. “The crowds there are always big, crazy and dedicated… it’s going to be great to feel that energy again.”
