Bizarre Speaks On “Relapse 2” And Canibus Diss Track

It’s been almost two years since Detroit’s D12 have collectively released an album. While 2008′s Dirty Dozen was the group’s first to showcase them without the marquee attraction of Eminem or their late co-founder Proof, Bizarre explained to HipHopDX how the respective members have been using their time apart.
While on tour in Canada promoting his Friday Night At St. Andrew’s album, Bizarre called in to the Conspiracy Worldwide radio show to address all things D12.
“We’re still recording the third album, and we just finished a song on Relapse 2 for Marshall’s album,” Bizarre said via phone. Tentatively titled “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” Bizarre says the collaboration shows that despite major losses such as the death of co-founding member Proof, nothing can keep the group down.
“We’re still family, but everybody’s got their own situations going on,” he added. “No matter what y’all do, you can’t hold D12 down. We’ve been through a lot of shit, but we’re still gonna come back and recover.”
Bizarre reinforced that thought when explaining how members of D12 ended up on Canibus diss track aimed at Eminem entitled “Air Strike“.
“That was definitely a big misunderstanding,” Bizarre said. “We did a feature for an artist from Indiana, and I guess some kind of way Canibus got hold of the vocals. He made his own song out of it and made it seem like we was a part of the song. We don’t know Canibus, and we don’t want to know Canibus… fuck him. We’ve been beefing with rappers our whole careers, and we’re trying to get away from that.”
Bizarre‘s upcoming Friday Night At St. Andrew’s record is scheduled to be released May 11. It features Tech N9ne, Royce Da 5’9”, Redman and some more artists.

Relapse 2 designed my mind , it was like the blueprint of my plan to build the idea to get me away from drugs . Growing up i had alot of money . My parents gave me everything i was a only child . My dad running his big business . After them dying 15 years ago they left all the money to me . Altough that they did that they still wanted me to go to school and make something out of my live . But with them dying turned me into a emotionally depressed drug addict . 15 years i was on drugs , 15 long years i had everything i was moving in the right path to make something out of my life but i almost belew that away . Hearing this album one day while doing whatever his song ‘My Mom ‘ made me think about my mom . what she had tolled me that i can be whatever i want and have all the money in the world but just dont let that take you over . And i belive it did i became xcrazy with that and i forgott out the family buisness . Until hearing this album blowing all my money away but left my last 1million dollars in the bank . I started a new buisness and im off the drugs . Im rich again (loaded ) and im able to see my kids and wife . This album is great . It help me out alot .
