50 Cent’s Bored With Hip-Hop »

In a recent interview with Billboard, 50 Cent says that rappers are too focused on record sales.
“I think hip-hop in general has changed dramatically based on artists reaching for other people. If you look at the artists out there, I think they’re a reflection of what was rock’n'roll. In general, they’re doing a style that isn’t hip-hop. They’re doing things that aren’t traditional at all. What I fell in love with and inspired me to get into hip-hop is dwindling away. I’d like to be a representation of that, because there isn’t much of that left. I think people are so conscious of the numbers they’re not being creative anymore.”

Furthermore, Fifty discussed his last and latest album on Shady Records, “Before I Self Destruct”, which will drop later this year.

Nah your wrong. 50 is right about one thing. Rap has lost its touch like it had a few years ago. Now a days its complete trash. Now that Eminem is back in the game its time to take out the trashy ass rappers and revive rap. Its on life support right now and Nas is right Hip Hop is truly dead. R.I.P.
